Its many large windows provide a beautiful view of the mountains and part of the city. A shared balcony gives you a place to sit and watch the sunsets behind the volcanoes.
This apartment can be rented by the day, week, or month for one or two people. An additional bed fee is $7.00 per day.

This deposit will be refunded after one of our representatives checks the apartment. If items are missing or damaged, charges might apply.
Long term renting
From two to six months

From seven months to one year

A deposit of one month must be paid upon rental.
Cleaning fee:
- If the apartment is left clean according to check out instructions and there have been no damages, complete deposit will be returned.
- If you choose to have CX do the cleaning, your deposit will be used to cover this service.
This apartment has one bed for two people. An additional bed fee is $7.00 per day.
