16 November 2009: $50 per person non-refundable deposit to be received. Please make your check payable to Exito Travel and send to Casa Xelaju office. This is the last chance to reduce the group size without penalty. The total group size can never be less than 10.

17 December 2009: First payment $200.00 please make check payable to Exito Travel.

29 January 2010: $289.00 Please make a check payable to Exito Travel.

19 March 2010: TAXES AND FUEL SURCHARGES: $286.70 EACH ESTIMATE (may be higher at time of ticketing). Please make check payable to Exito Travel and send it to the office in MN.

26 April, 2010: $1,000.00. Please make check payable to Casa Xelaju.

1 May, 2010: $1,600.00. Please make check payable to Casa Xelaju.

26 April 2010 : Final payment and names list to be received. Please make sure that first / last names are as they appear on passports.

Electronic tickets will be issued and mailed to one address.

Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation after January 29 will subject to $100.00 penalty.

Any cancellation after March 19 will subject to $775.70 penalty (no refund will issue).

NOTE: We are now required to obtain complete passport names, passport numbers and birth dates for all passengers.
