This fully furnished unit is located on the second floor of Casa Xelaju’s building. It has one bedroom, a living room, bathroom, dining room, and kitchen. It has a majestic view of the city, hills and mountains and is located within five minutes walk from the Central Park. Our apartments are located in a very safe area of the city. However, in order to keep the area even safer, we have installed Surveillance Cameras which are working 24/7.

This apartment can be rented by the day, week, or month.

US$430.00* per four weeks. Includes gas and electricity.
US$340.00* per three weeks. Includes gas and electricity.
US$280.00* per two weeks. Includes gas and electricity.
US$165.00* per week. Includes gas and electricity.
US$35.00* per day. Includes gas and electricity.

*Price for one person. For each additional person, add $1.00 per day.

**A $60.00 or Q500.00 refundable deposit should be paid at our office in Quetzaltenango before taking over the apartment. This deposit will be refunded after one of our representatives checks the apartment. If items are missing or damaged, charges might apply.

• Towels are not provided; please bring your own.

Part of your payment will be donated to help build a middle school in a rural community Canton Francisco Vela, San Felipe, Retalhuleu.
