This furnished unit is located on the third floor of Casa Xelaju’s building. It has two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, dining room and kitchen. It has a majestic view of the city, hills and mountains. Perfect for a family with one or two children.

This apartment can be rented by the day, week, or month for one or two people and up to two children.

US$500.00 per four weeks (month). Does not include gas.
US$300.00 per two weeks. Does not include gas.
US$360.00 per two weeks. Includes gas.
US$180.00 per week. Includes gas.
US$45.00 Daily rate. Includes gas.

**A $60.00 or Q500.00 refundable deposit should be paid at our office in Quetzaltenango before taking over the apartment. This deposit will be refunded after one of our representatives checks the apartment. If items are missing or damaged, charges might apply.
